In every organization, internal recruitment is considered before external recruitment. The Ghana Police administration has the data of the countless graduates and professionals in the system waiting for such an opportunity for serving over ten years and above. Unfortunately, if you have a nation like Ghana where you have unreasonable leaders in the helm of affairs, what fo we expect ?? Lord have mercy.

Let me educate some of us here.There are two levels of recruitment into the security services.The regular recruitment for lower ranked officers and the officers intake for specialised professionals who are referred to as 'officers'. They are mostly essential staff who possess degrees and other higher qualifications in Accounting,medicine ,Journalism,nursing,teaching,etc.Their recruitment is not as regular as the 'regular' intakes whose minimum qualifications are SSSCE,WASSCE,etc.

The security services are somewhat autonomous and this necessitate that they have their own workforce to ensure smooth operations.

The Ghana Armed Forces has the pay office which is in charge of facilitating salaries for officers.
The 37 Military Hospital has most of the medical doctors and some nurses coming from the military.

The Police hospital has medical doctors who are senior officers.

Again,some of these special officers help during peacekeeping duties by bringing their expertise on board.

As usual,all limitations in this piece are mine but facts are sacred and comments are free.

Hope they will not employ only NDC supporters. That is what NDC is doing in every department in our country. Even their president grants amnesty to prisoners they know the y belong to NDC.
