What kind of Engineering Code(s) did the contractor used for constructing the trench? The Engineering Company or the contractor should be charged for this shoddy work. What do you expect if those cables become an easy targets ...

What do you expect if those cables become an easy targets for would be hungry thieves? This is absolutely nonsense! This is the same way some of our so-called "paper Engineers" do their work in most of their construction jobs. Charge the company which constructed the trench and laid the cables. This is an eye sore when other enlightened Ghanaians read this.
