This is sad. The last time I drove, a little girl crossed me same way and it was the fault of the trotro driver who alighted them. He didn't warn them not to cross infront and immediately ahead of him.
How can you hit two small children and not stop the car to check on them? Whoever did this, I hope your conscious will bother you enough to turn yourself in.

It's very sad and unfortunate. Road and traffic laws are porous and weak.Drivers carelessly kill people only to see driving again in the next few days. Our traffic laws are liberal
