    VEEP, IT MAKES NO SENSE TO INCREASE ENROLLMENT WHEN YOU CAN NOT FIND EMPLOYMENT FOR THE ONES WHO HAVE ALREADY GRADUATED. NDC GOVERNMENT IS A DISGRACE AND HAS NOTHING TO OFFER NURSES AND TEACHERS.
