  The problem with the NDC is that they never take care of their own. There are a lot of frustrated individuals who sacrificed their time a money for the party in opposition who are suffering total neglect today. While we all agree that the NPP was, and is still corrupt, one good thing about them is that they never neglect their supporters. They are good at finding a way to support their own, hence the strong support they are receiving from their members in opposition. The fear for the NDC is that, in the unlikely event of the party going into opposition, there will be so much reluctance of people to contribute, or play major parts in their activities in opposition. This can spell doom for the party. The earlier something is done for these aggrieved members, some like this Alhaji who is being denied what he has even worked for, the better it will be for the party. The NDC must not allow technocrats who have no stake in our political fortunes to send the party into opposition. Seth Terkper and his gang who have created so much disaffection within the core supporters of the party, have nothing to lose. Mr President must as a matter of urgency do something now. A meeting with all such frustrated die-hard and soaked-in-the wool supporters of the party before the elections can salvage the situation for now. A word to the wise is enough.
