This is a laudable achievement and should have been down forcefully years ago. I disagree totally with those who suggest a gradual approach to eliminating these witch camps, trokosi, child trafficking and similar abuses of mostly girls and women.

Govt should make sure anyone who accuses any old woman of being a witch and hurt her is severely prosecuted and given the max term in jail.

The clampdown must now be extended to those abominable so-called prayer camps where people are chained, beaten and deaths have been reported.
