In the same vain when the supreme court ruled on the election petition by your reasoning then polling stations where pinksheets wer not signed must be removed thereby disenfranchising those who voted or a particular candidate. The key wor here is disenfranchising. Candidates who illed only 20 pages of the presidential forms instead o the 80 can not be said to have not filled it based on clearical errors
