  because the work MTN will charge GHC 290,000, NDC contractors will charge GHC 1,200,350
  
  We can get more than 4 of MTNs from the same project that NDC thieves charge for 1 project. THIEVES.

  Do not just build a building the grounds are also part of the school. Next month by this time the whole building is covered with dust. Green grass is the cheapest carpet for outside facilities please take advantage of it.
