LEAP, NHIS, NYEP-turned to GYEEDA, now YEA, SCHOOL FEEDING, COCOA SPRAYING, etc were all introduced by NPP. We built Jubilee House which you spoke vehemently against only to come change its name. Ohene Djan Stadium you changed to Accra Sports Stadium. Can you tell Ghanaians about only one social intervention you've been able to introduce? Shameless bunch of apologies. Now look at this Oye Lithur, another perfect candidate for Nsawam taking credit for what she had no knowledge of it's source. Don't worry, Nsawam will help you lose weight.

  To the extent that this programme is to support families in dire straits, the trumpeted increase in households accessing the programme is admission of gov't failure and incompetence in economic management thus rendering more families destitute and requiring access to the programme.
  It is no achievement to claim you are are rendering more families poor and giving them rations for gari and sugar.
  Incompetence and mismanagement causes the need to access welfare.

Could you please give examples of towns and villages as well as families benefiting from this phantom programme? Do not tell the public what is not true. The programme might be on paper and the money devoted for it has been shared among NDC members. Please disguise yourself and go among common citizens and you will know the truth on the ground. All NDC leaders as well as holders of positions are now billionäires. It is an open secret that Ibrahim Mahama is buying most of the plots around the Kotoka Internatipnal Airport from where he is going to take over the supply of fuel for aeroplanes that land in Ghana. We are going to vote and we all know NDC is going to rig the elections to hang unto power.

LEAP is paltry hand-to-month dole out which hardly provides "chop money" to its beneficiaries. Training bread winners to be efficient farmers, making kenkey for sale in their communities, and as sanitation workers in their municipalities would be much more lucrative to beneficiaries and their communities than the shameful dole out the government calls LEAP. Leap to where? ...to perpetual poverty.
