It's not the preserve of Ghana alone. Human behaviour (pedestrians & drivers) is the main causative factor of accidents. Realistically, the target cannot be zero in the short term. Let's not be in a rush to bastardize everyt ... read full comment

SOME GHANAIAN DRIVERS ARE JUST STUPID.
LETS SAY IT AS IT IS.
TRAFFIC LAWS MUST BE ENFORCED.
JAIL TERM FOr THOSE DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENCE, ROAD WORTHINESS OR INSURANCE.
