  It's not the preserve of Ghana alone. Human behaviour (pedestrians & drivers) is the main causative factor of accidents. Realistically, the target cannot be zero in the short term. Let's not be in a rush to bastardize everyt ...

  SOME GHANAIAN DRIVERS ARE JUST STUPID.
  LETS SAY IT AS IT IS.
  
  TRAFFIC LAWS MUST BE ENFORCED.
  JAIL TERM FOr THOSE DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENCE, ROAD WORTHINESS OR INSURANCE.

  All drivers in Ghana don't adhere to the Road Traffic Laws, Police and the Law enforcement are more interested in taken 1, 2,5 cedis. UNLESS they start enforcing the law and stop thinking about their pocket- accident will continue and innocent people are going to die everyday.
