    It's not the preserve of Ghana alone. Human behaviour (pedestrians & drivers) is the main causative factor of accidents. Realistically, the target cannot be zero in the short term. Let's not be in a rush to bastardize everyt ...

    SOME GHANAIAN DRIVERS ARE JUST STUPID.
    LETS SAY IT AS IT IS.

    TRAFFIC LAWS MUST BE ENFORCED.
    JAIL TERM FOr THOSE DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENCE, ROAD WORTHINESS OR INSURANCE.
