THE CASTLE DOES NOT BELONG TO THE CHIEF OR THE TOWN.IF SO THE GOVERNMENT CAN SHUT ALL THE ROADS LEADING TO THE TOWN.
THEY SHOULD SUE THE GOVERNMENT FOR THEIR MONEY.

Poor old chief. What is his contribution to the daily running of the castle. He should be thankful to Kwame Nkrumah for wrestling independence. Otherwise he would have no voice.

If he indeed has a contract and the board failed to honor its obligations, then he can take them to court but not unilaterally closed down the castle. The chief does not have the power to close down the castle because he is not its owner.

He knows he cannot prevail with his threat?
Nana do you have any tools to enforce and maintain your threat or you are just puffing?
We hope all chiefs in Ghana will be circumspect they do not act in ways to bring our great cultural institutions and legacies into disrepute.
