  worst of all. They couldn't advice Mahama so he was talking and insulting Ghanaians anyhow and even went ahead to sign a petition to free montie3. What a foolish group of state counsellors!

  COUNCIL TO ADVISE THE ALL KNOWING GOVERNMENT. ASK THE PRESIDENT IF HE SUBJECT ANY OF HIS PROMISES TO SPECIALIST AND SCIENCETIFIC ANALYSIS BEFORE BRINGING THEM OUT.
