the problem is if you put applications to ECG it can take years ,they would not help ,they want you to bribe them before they come and inspect your house and give you power.ECG workers are working like they don't receive salary its like they are doing their private work. They will tell my boss will take money before signing any paper hence people pay money to electricians to go and do that.
