  Oh KMA Waste Management Boss how do we educate mad men?Littering is done in Ghana by normal people,Ghanaians have no respect to live in a clean environment.Ghanaians think wearing clean clothes is neatness.The Mad person doesn't buy anything but the normal buy food or water and throw the polythene bag after using.So,Waste Management Boss the education must be you and the normal people.Bring the SanitaryOfficers to fine people who litters.Bring back those "SAMAMSAM or TOWN COUNCIL "people like in the days of DR.Kwame Nkrumah where these Sanitary officers were everywhere even in the villages to inspect compounds and people were fined for failing to clean their surroundings.
