Where is the priority a Cathedral of a well renovated Mental health Hospitals. The decision is yours.

I am appealing to the government to increase the feeding fee from ghc 1.80 so that the inmates can send enjoy a nutritious food and also release some of the inmates who are serving a custodial sentences to ease the congestion ... read full comment
