Human rights abuse. You can't force communal work on people, it's backward
Do the police know their job at all, if so, how on earth does an aseembly man cause the arrest of a citizen just because he refused to get involve in a communal labour and for that mater a student.
So an assembly man can order an arrest and then decide who gets bail? The stupid assembly man should jailed
