  In the first place, why building Polytechnic in Bolga? Ghanaians don't learn, the same people who easily destroys Government infrastructure because an individual didn't offer an animal intestinal organ to the chief. Common bird like guinea fowl, can prompt them to kill themselves. It's difficult dealing with these groups of people. We Ghanaians are confused now,building social amenities and infrastructure for them not come to the southern is a problem because just a mere piece of meat can let them destroy it, again bringing them to utilise the same amenities in the south also it means your are bringing thugs, stone hearted and animals like people to come and cause havoc. Kwame Nkrumah, we shall never stop blaming you.

He should remember that northerners don't eat rat and grasscutter shit like his Akan race in the south. Go and read ur history, when northerners were using cowries and other objects as money for exchange ur people in the south were foolishly engaging in barter trade. When northerners were clothing themselves with fugu etc ur people in the Akan land were backwardly covering themselves with leaves and tree barks. Go to the north and see ur Akan midget boys hopelessly all over the place polishing our shoes as shoe shine boys.
