Reading through this news item the heading should have read "Road accidents kill 83 people................."
Judging by the appallingly poor quality of editing and proof checking I am minded to think that perhaps these Ghana Media News Reports are not only read by children – they are probably also written by kids as well!
When the police stops vehicles meant for the scrap yard, vehicles overloaded, vehicles that can't pass MOT, bad and reckless drivers and takes bribes from them, and allows them to go..........
