That is why Ghana is at standstill. My jhs cert is better than some degrees in Ghana because they cheated through out their days in school and lecturers slept with some of them and gave them marks .
Examination malpractice is a crime which must be dealt with by the Ghana Police Service. University Students are adults, not juveniles. Takoradi Tech. authorities must act appropriately.
