Any responsible bar operator who wants to obey the law will common reasoning to know.Clearly some of these school kids in the Primary schools and JHS are minors and yet these pple continue to sell to them because they want to make money. Dont let us hide behind some of these technicalities of certificates to jeopardise the future of some of our youth. I am for it

  Kwasi, OB is perfectly right if you care to know. How can the drinking bar operator determines the ages of his customers? He is operating for money. Much as i dont condone minors taking alchoholic beverages, its incumbent upon the DCE to rather advice the parents or guardians around those catchment areas against such vices. What authority does the DCE have in closing those spots? Just thinking out loud

  This is cheap talk, close the store or the bar that sell the alcohol to the minor period,if we are learning something we must learn it well.

  I don't support selling Alcohol to minor ,but the question is how those the store or the bar operator identify their age ?some of the kids grow fast some too not, no id
