Confiscate them to later use them the reclaim the land.

It's shameful, and sad that we continue to witness these kinds of barbarism in our mist. This guy has to quit or fired by the President. Are we going to wait for a court to one day order for the replacements of those destroyed machines for their owners, and use the national resources for that purpose? Does he not know that his district will one day need those kinds of machines for use for the District, instead of burning them? What he did is financial destruction to the nation, and the district he is running! We are not under AFRC or PNDC. I ask all to join me in asking the President to fire the DCE for this infantile behavior/action.
