Indeed some people will have prefer to be part of those who lost their life due to the collapse. May Almighty Allah grant them jannatul firduse

Abdul, are you trying to say "Jannatul Firdous", the highest paradise?

Will praying for the dead accomplish anything since their individual earthly life's probation is closed at death?
"4For whoever is joined with all the living, there is hope; surely a live dog is better than a dead lion. 5For the living know they will die; but the dead do not know anything, nor have they any longer a reward, for their memory is forgotten. 6Indeed their love, their hate and their zeal have already perished, and they will no longer have a share in all that is done under the sun." Ecclesiastes 9:4-6
"His sons come to honour, and he knoweth it not; and they are brought low, but he perceiveth it not of them." Job 14:6

The dilemma for the Muslim is that they do not have any assurance of salvation. They can only enter into paradise if their good works exceed the bad.The only time they are assured of paradise is when they die through jihad.

For those who have lost their lives through this sad accident, one could not say whether they did managed to bank enough good to out weigh their bad deeds.
At the moment only the Muslim alla knows. There is a better way. Jesus said anyone who comes to me l would by no means cast out, and He said in my fathers house there are many mansions, and no one can come to the father except through Him. These are few of the promises the Lord has for His children.I know the Muslim and allas relationship is like a master and a slave relationship but with Christ it is a son and a father relationship, and it is open for all who would believe in Him.
