Sports Minister, Isaac Kwame Asiamah, has handed over the official permanent residence of the Black Stars Coach to Mr James Kwesi Appiah.
The accommodation was acquired with the help of the Ministry of Works and Housing.
Coaches for the senior national team until now were living in rented apartments and sometimes hotels which cost the nation huge sums of money.
The idea to get a permanent residence for the coach has been on the drawing board for years.
Appiah the current coach of the Black Stars will live in the plush house until his contract with the Ghana Football Association expires.
He has been tasked to qualify and possibly win the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations title with the Black Stars.
