The Black Stars trained under the floodlights at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday with 23 players.
Inter Milan star Kwadwo Asamoah and on-loan Trabzonspor striker Caleb Ekuban were the latest players to join their excercise.
Udinese defender Nicholas Opoku and Lumor Agbeyenu also returned to training after storming out of Wednesday's first day.
Kwesi Appiah opted to train at 6pm- kick off time for Saturday's table-topping clash in the Ghanaian capital.
Ghana- who have already qualified for the finals in Egypt this June-need a win finish Group F winners.
The draw for the tournament will be held in Cairo on 12 April.
