Ghana midfielder Michael Essien is reportedly preparing to hold talks with Besiktas over a possible move from AC Milan.
The 32-year-old, who was spotted with former Besiktas Captain ?brahim Üzülmez (in the above photo with Essien) in Istanbul on Friday, is expected to become a free-agent after his one-and-a-half year contract with AC Milan expires in the summer.
The former Chelsea man has been linked with moves to Watford and MLS club Orlando City SC.
Essien, who has made 13 appearances for Milan in the Italian Serie A this season, has not featured for the Diavolo since March 21st.
