Ghana drew 1-1 with Egypt in their final 2018 World Cup qualifying match played at the Cape Coast Stadium on Sunday.
The Egyptians took the lead in the 61st minute before Edwin Gyasi got the equaliser for the Black Stars three minutes later.
Egypt have qualified to next year’s World Cup after securing 13 points in the group while Ghana finished the qualifiers with 7 points.
Coach Kwesi Appiah’s side will now focus on their remaining 2019 AFCON qualifying games.
