Ade Coker has expressed his joy should Hearts of Oak fail to survive in the league First Capital Plus Premier League.
Hearts of Oak are lying 15 on the league log, following series of poor results, but they stormed the Dansoman Carl Reindorf Park to pip Liberty Professionals by a goal to nil on Wednesday.
The Phobians would have to consistent in their last four league games in order to lift themselves from the drop zone.
And Ade Coker, who has seen it all in Ghana football administration, believes Hearts should also face relegation to learn a lesson.
“Things are not going on properly for Hearts of oak, and I think they should also test relegation; reorganize themselves before coming back to the premier league.
“So many clubs at a time had not faced relegation, but they tested it, including Gt. Olympics, so if Hearts are struggling in the league, they should also face the consequence,” he told Metro fm.
Hearts of Oak’s next game is against Bechem United at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium and a win for them would lift them from the relegation zone depending on the results of the teams lying above them
