Inter Milan ace Kwadwo Asamoah will join his Black Stars teammates for the AFCON qualifier against Kenya after the Milan derby on Sunday.
Inter Milan will play their arch rivals in an epic encounter at the San Siro and right after the game, the Ghanaian midfielder is expected to depart for Ghana for the game against the Harambee Stars.
Kwadwo Asamoah is returning to the national team after missing the game against Ethiopia in Addis Ababa due to injury.
But the 30-year old has since recovered and been an integral part of the Nerazzuri team this season.
Asamoah will miss Thursday's Europa League game against Frankfurt after picking up a yellow card in the first leg in Germany.
However, after playing in a makeshift role against SPAL last Sunday, he is expected to play a key role in Sunday's encounter against a resurgent AC Milan.
