Ghana left-back Masahudu Alhassan is eyeing a place in Ghana’s World Cup squad and is ready to fight for it.
The lateral defender, who is owned by Udinese but on loan at Latina, is hoping to get back into the team after last playing for the Black Stars in the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations.
“I’d love to go there,” Alhassan told Calciomercato. “This is the most important event for all players. Would be a dream come true.”
“Personally, it's going well, and also as a team I cannot complain. We are doing great things in a difficult championship. I consider this season a lot more difficult than the last one because there are so many strong teams.”
The 21-year-old, who has also featured for Genoa, also spoke about his future saying he will make a decision in June whether to move back to Udinese or sign permanently with Latina.
“Now I think only about Latina and will continue to do well in this shirt. Concerning my future, I will think about it in June.”
