MLS side New York City FC have announced the signing of Ebenezer Ofori from German Bundesliga VfB Stuttgart.
The 22-year old has signed a one-year loan deal with an option for City to purchase Ofori permanently at the end of the 2018 season.
He becomes City's eighth signing following Saad Abdul-Salaam, Jo Inge Berget, Cedric Hountondji, Jesus Medina, Brad Stuver, Ismael Tajouri-Shradi and Anton Tinnerholm to the Club.
Ofori has been given an opportunity to revive his career after warming the bench at the Bundesliga outfit.
Ofori has also become an integral part of the new-look Black Stars midfield and getting a lot of game-time in the MLS will certainly delight Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah
