The car they crashed into was broken down sitting beside the road with no hazard lights anything. Without street lights you also can't see objects infront of you

Man, the broken-down truck was far off from the road. There was no need for a hazard sign. It was the foolishness and recklessness of their driver wh8ch caused the accident.

I guess, you wanted them to carry the broken-down truck on their heads. If a truck is parked off a long way from the main road, and you foolishly drive off the road and hit, who do you blame?
Carelessness is the cause of this accident. Nigerians and their drivers are very careless. Driving such a person, one must be very careful and professional.
Ghanaian drivers are no different.
