They are always too ready to leave instead of sticking around the local league and establishing themselves for the European lagues to notice them. Look at Emmabuel Baffour. He was good in one season and went to South Africa where he sat on the bench and now the team is trying to release him. They follow the little money these countries throw at them for immediate gratification and then destroy their career.

Hardly any Ghanaian Player has gone to Egypt and succeeded but these Players keep going there.
