Does any of you think that if Appiah was an European coach, Ayew would have been a 'no-show' even when he was given a second chance? If we will not treat our own with respect, why do we expect others to respect us? I am glad the coach 'drew a line in the sand'. If there is no discipline, the team cannot win anything. If players cannot follow guidelines or directions, they do not belong on the team.

Ayew's exclusion is due to a discipline problem and our coach took care of the problem just the way it's supposed to be done. Like I have said previously, Ghana has even been able to play without Essien. Sure we can play without Ayew or his brothers. The Black Stars is a team, not a family property. Again, no single player is bigger than the team!

I can bet my last penny on the fact that Appiah hasn't got the type of International Experience to handle the Black Stars. This is not job for the boys. Appiah hasn't got the education and the International exposure to take the Black stars to the World Cup. Nyantakyi appointed Appiah to take over so as to turn around and act as deputy coach. Following them everywhere they go. Football is an International commodity and if a country refused to buy the best coach, he should forget it.I wonder whether Appiah can even write 'my self' let alone device a strategy to play against any of the European Countries.

In case you missed it, I haven't been mentioning the coach's confidence by mine in him. Do you understand now, Mr. N? I don't have full confidence in the coach doesn't mean you shouldn't or the coach shouldn't have confidence in himself. Do you get that? Please know how you could distinguish between the two. The coach was standing at a corner in the reserve players booth and wasn't showing any action indicating he was directing the players to win that game. We were down by one through an unfortunate penalty, but came back to equalize it. After our goal, our players relaxed as if they were winning.

Besides, my first comment was "Our Black Stars were not that strong." Go back and check and stop that thing you always doing in here. Find someone who cares not about facts to play that game with, not me. The team didn't play well that day and yes, I said it, the TEAM including the coach. Therefore don't tell me I find everything wrong with the coach. If I don't have confidence in the coach, it is up to me to access the coach and begin to trust him. If that test I set for the coach in order for me to trust his leadership has not been accomplished, do you want me to force myself to have confidence in him? It doesn't work like that.

The second test is to beat both Congo DR and Mali in the group stage of this coming AFCON. If he does it convincingly, like I said, then my confidence in him will grow.

You have confidence in him, I'm glad to hear that. It is good for the coach. When it is time for me to have confidence in him, I will do so but wouldn't be pushed by anyone. I don't follow that easily.
