AA you should be the happiest coach to have all your players back in good shape. It is your job to put together the best selection that would yield the best results against Cape Verde. Mind you Cape Verde will also respond with their own tactical selection. This is not a time to favor any player, but a time to win all your matches. You are with the players in South Africa and you know who is fit 101%, not only physically but also emotionally. You also know whose confidence is at the highest, who has the highest ambition TO WIN, who is most ready, who is FIRED UP, and who are the players ready to show the world that they are the new breed of African ingenuity. If you can come close to finding those players with the above qualities amongst the players you have in camp, and if you can devise the most effective PLAN for each game YOU WILL WIN AFCON 2013. It would require courage and shrewdness on you part and also by your players to get it 'JUST' right: JUST DO THE RIGHT THING....hoping for God's blessing.

Boateng switch is working just fine. As for Atsu and Wakaso, Wakaso should start for Atsu to come in as a catalyst to replace him should no penalty kicks be in sight in case we begin lacking. Wakaso's set pieces is needed badly in this forthcoming game as the Blue Sharks could be dangerous!
Rest Annan, for his absense hurts nothing but rather helps himself with recovery.

TWENTY-FOUR hours after Zambia was ejected from the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), soccer fans yesterday shockingly went into wild celebrations following a hoax that the Chipolopolo have been reinstated into the competition.

In Lusaka, the fans, who were crestfallen after Zambiaâ€™s early AFCON elimination,Â went into wild celebration with some cars honking in the central business district in what FAZ vice-president Boniface Mwamelo described as “just a cruel joke.”

In the late afternoon, a rumour mill churned out one last stunt for Zambia at the 2013 AFCON, alleging thatÂ Burkina Faso has been ejected after they used goalkeeper Soulama Abdoulaye who was red carded in the previous game against Ethiopia.

However, the fact was that Abdoulaye was not used against Zambia but instead the Stallions fielded Daouda Diakite in their 0-0 stalemate.

Times offices in Ndola and reportersâ€™ mobile phones were clogged with several inquiries about the rumour but FAZ spokesperson Erick Mwanza posted on twitter that the rumour was fake and that most Zambian players had gone back to their clubs.
