Akwasi Appiah made a mistake by experimenting again. Why putting Kwedwo Asamoa at the defense, the left full-back again? Didn't we tell him not to do that for it doesn't work. It never worked for him which was obvious in the first match in the group stage. He changed it and from then everything was going well for them. Then he did this same experiment again.

Secondly, why did he take Wakaso out but not Asamoah Gyan? The coach has a lot of work to do in his football strategies and mapping. There is no time to find a new coach because the WC qualifications is still going on.

Moreover, why using Isaac Vorsah as the first penalty kicker? That guy is a defender for Christ sake. When have you seen Vorsal scored a goal with his foot before. He scores with his head, not foot.

Though i have been an advocate for discipline and called the bluff off the Ayews. I strongly beleive we will surely miss the Ayew. but hey, what the heck, Akwasi Appiah was forced to use players willing to commit to the cause. Hope such act of sacrifice help us write our name on the cup.

Ghana has been give reality check and we must be honest to admit the truth. Asamoah Gyan's leadership is misguided. A captain who is a gospel music and dancing tutor for his team cannot go far. Football is not a singing and dancing competition. We must be able to answer the question whether Asamoah Gyan is even fit to play Black Stars. He is weak and uncompetitive. There must be retirements and new call-ups.
In fact Burkina Faso beat Ghana clearly and but for the poor refereeing, there would not have been any extra time. A bad penalty against them, a bad red card for them when they should have been given a penalty and a good by them disallowed depict how much the referee had cheated Burkina Faso – yet, they won in the long run.
It is clear that most of the members of the 23-man team called into the Stars should not have been there. We called the wrong players. It was a joke seeing dwarfish Asante struggling with mannish Burkinabe players. Emmanuel Clottey has no business being in Black Stars.
