He's a Ghanaian, handling his own national team, not taking much money, watches the local game and identifies talents as compared to a foreign coach. This years nations cup, Ghana took as many as 10 local based players. This hasn't happened in a very long time.

On the other hand, a foreign coach will come for nothing less $60K a month, which will be $40,000.00 more than what we're offering Akwasi Appiah currently. Remember Plavi was taking $55K and 4th position was his last stop at the nations cup. It's time to keep our own.

I will want Appiah to stay on. He has short comings, especially reading the game when it matters most but some refresher courses can make him better since he's not too far away from it. Other than that, if we think we can find any Ghanaian coach better than him, let's bring him on. I believe if Appiah stays on one more year, it'll encourage more Ghanaians to join the coaching bandwagon thus producing more coaches as it were in the good days of C.K. Gyamfi, Osam Duodoo, Afranie, Adaebi, Asebi Boakye, King Pele, Arday, Jones to mention but a few. Over reliance of the white man is the main bane to our lack of coaches. We have to start from somewhere and this is the time. Appiah must stay on till the W/C qualifications are over. If he's able to qualify us, he stays on, if not we bring another Ghanaian on board. Let's use our own coaches. They'll get better in a short while.

Last but the least changing coaches will not always help Ghana...Manchester united is an example for us.

How long can Ghana allows inexperienced coaches like Kwasi Appiah and the like to bruise the hearts of the teeming supporters of the black star team.[Das ist immöglisch]a german phrase meaning impossible}It sounds very good to have a Ghanaian coach as a national trainer but,such a person or persons must be adeqeately trained and learn the technicalities of football and work under a superior coach for at least a year or two before can be exposed to face the vigris of the present type of football currently being exhibited in Afica and the world at large, as applied to doctors for their housemanship. Obviously, if proper meassures are not put in place,to ammenoriate the situation,we shall be shifting blames without reaching any successful end.

Compare Drogba and Adebayor to Asante (Ghana local main striker). We played nothing in the whole tournament. Even not to the standard of 3 division team in Ghana. There are a lot of Ghanaian players abroad. Why not inviting them? Because of 10% from fielding local players, the management are overlooking this. Where is Owusu Abayie & co? Kwasi Appiah does not deserve this post. He is too gentle to be a coach. At stages he becomes confused. He commands when it should not be. Motionless when the players are playing confused game. How can a local coach control a foreign player who earns a lot than the local coach. There lies the argument. Let call a spade a spade not rake. There is a Ghanaian player in Manchester team who deserve to be in the Ghana team but due to 10% from local players, they have ignore them. GFA should bring smart and action person like Dasailly or Tony Yeboah to coach Ghana. The world cup is near, appoint a new coach to go round in Europe and pick the best 23 to represent Ghana else we should forget Brazil 2014. That money should be used on doom sor, doom sor power supply in the country. Kwasi Appiah is a school coach, not national. He is too gentle.

So if he doesn't know how the Blackstars been run then, it's his own PALAVA!!!
