Football is a game, it is war, and you need certain players to play certain formations. To play with Gyan as lone striker is like playing lotto. Simple as that. THE PROBLEM WITH THE BLACK STARS IS A COACHING PROBLEM. SIMPLE AS THAT. (Sometimes a good goalie could cover a coach's ineptitude, but a goalie is only part of a team. I rest my case.
