I really admire's this guy, he is a lucky and a hero at any team he has played for. So if Ghana and Chelsea can dump him then, some-once poison could be another else's meat.

Essien was my senior in school by three years. I am 32 now so he should be around 35. But his football age is 30. I wish juve knew this.

Even if he's 35 and is making 26 appearances, does it not tell you something about the Bison? The man has tons of stamina that you wish you had. He is managing his body by not playing internationals but mentally if he can handle it then there is no issue because we all know the guy has amazing stamina. Pirlo is still playing and if they want Essien then just wish him well. The fact is these teams all know these players are older than their years. You really think they have no idea? Give them some credit and they hardly make mistakes with big time African players in Italy and I mean big time.

. Now,Chelsea can retain him on a short leash just to augment his price.
Then there is the factor of counter bidding which is done by opposing teams,done to disrupt the roosters of teams just to weaken it.I am not saying it is not possible,but Juve would have benefitted more by keeping silent.Unless....unless are trying to disrupt another team from acquiring him.Tricks from Moggi's old book.
