Ghanaians are malnourished and those who claimed to be living good are obsessed with pot-bellies. Its about time we go into farming to produce more organic food and refrain from these unbalanced diet. Banku and okro stew, aky3k3 naa paya, fante kenkey and hot pepper with one small fish, Ga kenkey with hot pepper and small fish, yam and agushi stem, tuo-zaafi and okro-leaves soap, akple ans fetri-detsi or hot pepper with few keta school boys, fufu and soap with one small meat/fish etc. The so-called rich men who virtually live in slums if they were elsewhere eat oily fried rice, junk fish and chips, mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,sausages,margarine, etc ending up accumulating cholesterol and get other diseases like diabetes, hypertension, stroke etc. So I am not surprised if they were physically intimated by their opponents.In my opinion, this coach is not competent to lead if he could not prepare the players psychologically which should be one his priority when facing other teams.

The truth is what coach Fabin said. They were too complacent. Did you watch the Black Stars before CAF 2013? Did you watch Ghana U20 2013 in Algeria? Most of our star players think the whole world belongs to them.

Its better to go with a team that is truely U17 and be kicked out than to go with old men pretending to be 17 and win the cup.
