Who is not "DIRTY" in Ghana? Mahama and the other leaders can stop the "cancer" but they are themselves the worst offenders and the people are "ignorant"

This case is going nowhere. The individuals investigating this case do not believe that bribery is an unacceptable conduct. Because these investigators are Ghanaians. Bribery is our way of life. We are doomed.
