  King Faisal only asset is its membership as a Premier league club and is not worth the 2 million dollars asking price. Grunsah should take the $200,000 price and run because the club is not worth that much.

  You do not buy a business entity (in this case a football club)purely on the basis of sentiments. Sure, Alhaji Grunsah might have put in "hard work and dedication to Ghana football" but that should not be a reason for such a price tag. Preston North End F.C founded in 1863 with its rich contribution to English soccer but now playing in "Football League One" (the 3rd tier)will not command the same price as for example Liverpool or Arsenal. Am not in anyway suggesting that King Faisal is plying its trade in a lower league (and not the Premier league) in Ghana. Any due diligence undertaken will assist in arriving at a reasonable selling price.
