We have to be grateful for the fact that this very important game is being played on our turf, in our backyard, with our best squad in the last three years. We cannot ask for a better team, venue or surrounding circumstances as far as this game is concerned. We can look at this from two angles. One, do we go in tight from back to front and counter the Zambians with devastating effect and making sure we aim at getting a goal each time we counter? or play it tight only in the midfield and defence and again drive forward with the midfield joining the strikers and try to get a goal each time we are in possession past the halfway line. Yes, it would be a big morale boast if we thrash Zambia three or four nil to make up for all the recent heartaches they have caused us, or look at it in a pragmatic fashion and just go out there and not lose, as that is all we need. Whichever way Appiah decides to go, the Black Stars simply do not lose games in Kumasi, we are not going to start now. Lets deal with these guys professionally, efficiently and get the result we need. If in doing so we get 2,3 or more goals, that will be the icing on the cake. The bottom line though is to make sure we qualify for the next stage. We simply cannot fail. Going to WC 2014 is a must, simple as that.
