Our journalists tend to mis-spell their interviewees' words.
They ought to improve by willing to learn, not by being satisfied with what they think they know.

The word should be appease rather than apiece. Appease means pacify, or conciliate whereas the word apiece means each, or separate like one goal apiece ( one all draw).

Atsu is a wonderful player and there is no doubt Chelsea have signed him but I think, he has a long way to go if he wanna be one of the World top players.
Even though lack of playing soccer during the just ended pre -season might have jittered his performance, his woe started due to warming bunch at F.C Porto the whole of last year.
Atsu’s performance for Black Stars when he was playing week in week out for RIO AVE was different from when he started warming FC PORTO bench. Why was he warming FC PORTO bench when the same coach who observed his wonder form at RIO AVE and decided to call him back into FC PORTO all of a sadden turned “the wonder kid” Atsu into a bench warmer”? It is due to Atsu soccer philosophy.
I have been complaining about Atsu’s inability to assist his team mate to score when he Atsu isn’t in the correct position to score comparing to his team mate. In other words, Atsu can dribble brilliantly but instead of him to pass the ball to his team mate who is in a better position to score, Atsu will decide to go for glory himself and miss the opportunity.
This attributed to his unsuccessful carrier at FC PORTO.
I must say that he got Chelsea deal because of his performance for the national team. He played in just a handful of FC PORTO games and anytime he got the opportunity to play, he exhibited the same selfishness.
Atsu is a good dribbler but that doesn’t mean he should dribble the whole field and score goal by himself each and every time even if his team mate is at a better scoring position than he finds himself .
A player like Messi scores goals but he assist others to score as well. Messi is among the three top players who have given the highest assist in the world for the last three seasons. The other two topmost assist players for the last three season are OZIL and Matta .
Atsu should learn soccer is a team work and he gonna be one of the top stars in the world.
If he maintains the same selfishness; he would be benched at Vitesse Arnhem as well.
Anyway I will be watching more of Vitesse Arnhem games this season because of him as I have stated watching ELCHE games because of BOAKYE-YIADOM.
I rest my case
