Emma,S K Manu agreed to sponsor Abedis education any where in Ghana when he was voted the best colts player in 1978, and Abedi choose Tamale sec sch,but the then headmaster of Ghana sec school tamale, Alhaji B A fuseini RIP who wanted to make his school the best soccer school in the region ahead of Tamale sec school, rushed to the airport the day Abedi arrived in Tamale and took ABEDI to his school before the Tamale sec school officials got to the airport,and he really gave Abedi the best care in school, as form one student he was sleeping and dinning with six form students. ABEDI at a point rewarded the headmaster with a brand new car i was the first to ride in that car with Jones Abu Alhassan sometime ABEDIS local manager from japan motors.
