PERREIRA IS THERE TO OBSERVE AND OFFER CRITICAL INSIGHTS, INPUT. A TECH DIRECTOR IS THE 2ND EYE OF THE COACH. ANY PERSON WHO UNDERSTANDS SOCCER CAN TELL YOU THAT PERREIRA IS A MORE EXPERIENCED COACH THAN SCOLARI, BUT WHO IS THE HEAD COACH HERE? SCOLARI....THE SAME WAY OBAMA IS THE PRESIDENT AND BIDEN IS THE VEEP? IN GH, PPL BRAINS ARE CONDITIONED TO BELIEVE 1 THING AND NOTHING ELSE. THEY DONT AND CANT SEEM TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX. WE NEED A MORE EXPERIENCED, ACCOMPLISHED COACH TO BE OUR TECH DIRECTOR. IT WILL GIVE GH A HUGE ADVANTAGE AND MAKE AA LOOK EVEN GOOD AS A COACH. DO U KNOW WHO AMERICA'S TECHNICAL DIRECTOR IS? CANADA!.......ALL THE FOOD, RESEARCH BRAINS, ENERGY, WATER ANYTHING NEEDED TO MAKE AMERICA RUN COMES FROM UP NORTH.

THIS CLEARLY TELLS U THAT AA AND HIS TECH DIRECTOR WERE EITHER VERY STUPID OR DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING OR DR CONGO PUT JUJU ON THEM. PICK 1...IM NOT A COACH, BUT COMMON SENSE TELLS U NOT TO PLAY ATTACKING SOCCER IN THIS CASE. AA DID, AND DR CONGO CAME BACK TO EQUALIZE N ALMOST WON THE GAME. QUALIFICATION SERIES GAMES IS NOT THE SAME AS A TOURNAMENT. CL, QUALIFICATION SERIES, FA CUP GAMES ARE NOT TOURNAMENTS. THE GH PREMIER LEAGUE IS NOT A TOURNAMNT. WCUP, AFCON, COPA, GOLD CUP, ASIAN CUP, CONFED CUP ARE TOURNAMENTS AND DEFENCE WIN TROPHIES DURING TOURNAMNTS. AA WAS A DEFENDER AND YOU WOULD THINK HE WOULD KNOW THIS?
LISTEN, THIS IS NOT ABOUT WHITE COACH, YELLOW CORN OR BROWN SUGAR. ITS ABOUT COMPETENCE! DO YOU KNOW WHO TRULY RUNS THE BANK OF GH? THE ROTHSCHILDS DO....NOT US? IF WE CAN MANAGE OUR OWN RESOURCES, WHY DO WE GO TO THESE WESTERN NATIONS N ASK FOR GRANTS, LOANS ETC....WHY CANT WE ALSO OFFER THE SAME TO TO OTHER NATIONS N COLLECT INTEREST? HUH?
ANALYST, WHO WAS OUR FIRST GBSTAR COACH? WHO TOOK GH TO OUR FIRST WCUP? THESE PPL PAVED THE WAY AND LAID THE FOUNDATION FOR A BLACK MAN TO EVENTUALLY WIN A TROPHY. IM NOT SAYING WE SHOULD HIRE A WHITE, YELLOW OR BLACK TECH DIRECTOR. WAT IM SAYING IS U NEED HELP AND IT DONT MATTER WHERE THE HELP MAY BE COMING FROM. MY SOLUTION: GFA SHOULD CONTACT FRANK RIJKAARD. IN MY OPINION, HE IS THE BEST NON WORKING COACH AT THE MOMENT. UNLESS SOMEONE ELSE CAN THINK OF ANYONE BETTER.

But the problem is that GFA is not telling us who our Technical men are ....apart from Akwesi APPIAH and MAXwell Konadu.....Don't tell me Oti Akenteng, Afranie and Osama duodu are at the technical directorate so they are helping APPIAH.....Those people at the directorate are bankrupt of ideas....their time pass long time ago.....GFA should put an interim technical directorate in place for this World Cup tournament.....and I suggest SAM ARDAY, Marcel DEsailly and maybe myself....lol

This is something to debate about for the selection of equally good technical team who can assist young coach AA. I like the names you mentioned except Cecil. The mentality or the idea that an expatriate is what we need is stupid and need to be castrated immediately. In my view if AA and his technical team are provided the necessary tools: proper film study room with good technicians, effective scouting team, and FILMS on every team that has qualified for the WC as soon as possible, we can (no matter how damn we are) learn and devise a strategy to win games. Lets call for that now so that the coaches and the team can start working, bring films to the drawing board and implement the training plan. Give the team a longer camping period to work on cohesiveness, understanding and purpose.

He needs men like De Sailly, Opon Weah, Abedi who have some experience in international tournaments, to spy on or read the game of our opponents, and offer suggestions as to how to counter their plans, not the likes of Afranie,and Osam Duodu who know next to nothing in modern soccer.

Yes AA would be MANAGER/HEAD COACH, then we need a well experienced international tactician or strategist to help or compliment (NOT to be the "OGA kpata kpata").
I believe if we put it that way Ghanaians would better understand what the Tech Director would have to do for Akwesi Appiah....lol
