Did you ever attend High School in Ghana? I believe inter- Regional sports competitions were cancelled by then. Just like the National soccer teams, Regional athletic and soccer team selection were based on individual performance and not affiliation to any particular school. In Accra, an athlete from Odorgorno High School for instance will be chosen over an athlete from Achimota or St. John's if he performs very well. Use your brains, national players are selected based on merit not on location.
