  Ghanaian managers, politicians, institutions, organizations and most individuals do not want to modernize in anything they do.
  
  Look at Ghanaweb, because they cannot present a comprehensive, sensible league table, they've now taken comfort in presenting a single-column table so that they can avoid criticism for shoddy work on the comprehensive.
  
  In every sector of Ghanaian responsibility and performance, it's the same old nonsense all the time.
