Other board members know he , Afede is the cause of our downward trend but are afraid to confront him because they fear he would eliminate them with juju. Well said, and what makes it so bad is the fact that Duncan wasn't even a bad influence in our club.He advocated so hard for our club many at Kotoko took offense to his very presence with us then... boom! just like that he was removed.The only reason why Duncan was removed is because he turned the fortunes of our team around so good and fast two things happened.1.He developed into a sensation with an avid following among the fans and players which was a threat to Afede's need to be the only supreme power never to be undermined.2.Duncan's rapid successful turn around of the team undermined.Afede thought any other coach could continue or even better Duncan's result so why keep him around any longer for his circle of influence to widen and strengthen.BAD MISCALCULATIONS ON HIS PART IS CAUSING A LOT OF DAMAGE.AFEDE MUST STAND DOWN.

For some time now Afede's clear anti Ashanti tribal sentiments has been bleeding the club of life long supporters and we didn't hear a peep from you.Now this same Afede's decision to remove a winning Coach is threatening complete implosion so all of a sudden you are crying foul.I hope Afede fire Polo too and pies off the Northerners.It doesn't look too well from either way.The only way out will be to bring back Duncan.

Congras, home boys. Make this as the risen point for this years games. Yes!! you can beat any team in Ghana. I watched the game on the net, and this is the advise I have for the team. Ghana, in general, it has been a problem in soccer and no one had tried to fix this. The so call sports writers makes "munche" noisy and can,t point this out to the coaching system of the country. Fix the defense, the goalie and penalty kicking system.
Ghana black stars is one dimensional team. This trouble had been showing up whenever the black stars faces the big games. I hate to say this but its due to ignorance of the coaches and the GFA football administers. It will not take any hardcore thinking to figure out the problem why the black stars always fail us on the big games.
The defense and goalie position always keep us away from winning the big ones. Every team in the world knows the black stars weakness and they capitalized on that. Our defense needs a big time rebuilding in the entire country. This should begin in the schools on defense, goal keeping and penalty kicks. This damn thing prevented the black stars from going to the semi-final last time. And it ccost us to miss the African cup this year. WHY why if I may ask.Yet the coaches can't do any thing about it. WHY with capital letters and its a shameful thing. They keep Ghanaians hope so high every time they go to play on the big games with dimensional team which is the strikers. These strikers can,t put the ball into the net.They shoot wild and far away from targets or weak balls which don,t include the goal keeper.
Look here coaches, select players with height, strong physically and quick legs. They should be good jumpers in order to out jump the opposition strikers to prevent corner kick goals. Central defenders should be trained to have endurance and quick feet as well The should be able to run 90 minutes and more in a game without slowing down. The entire Ghanaian coaching system should wake up and do something about this or else winning the big ones will always slip away from the black stars.
The other biggest problem is-our players don,t know how to take penalty kicks. Why are we always missing penalty kicks.
