At the age of (Essien's 31) and a mid -field player, you have almost reached your peak of your career. It is very tough to be playing at your best. So instead of leaving Chelsea and exposing himself his to embarrassment, he should have stayed with his daddy (Morinho) who knows how to use him.Go and ask JOe Addo what Freddy Adu did to him that forced him into resignation.
