Is good to be appreciatted. What the coach said was a good idea. I like the way he made his approach instead of going back to listen to those dead minded ones who came out to be talking rubish during qualifying games after the qualifications. Frankly speaking, the serbian is the best coach Ghana has ever got. There is nothing like dispute about it at all. I am still wondering that, people who could not rule themselves for more 57 years will be there making noise.

How come Kwesi Appiah suddenly goes to tell rajevac to assist him in scouting for players. How can you scout for players in March to play in a world cup in June?
They should say for a fact that they invited Rajevac to Montenegro to join the bench and stop testing our pulses. If Rajevac joining the bench will improve ideas they should say iit plainly

The Serbian, if he arrives here, will serve as an advisor. There is nothing wrong with that. This time, GFA should attach at least four deputies to MILO. Their assignment is to eavwsdrop on MILO and learn all his techniques and collect all his notes before his departure. It was not possible for coach Appiah to assimilate the MILO 4-2-3-1 all flair techniques when Appiah was the assistant. This is his chance to learn from MILO for one last time. After this, Appiah will modify MILO's formation into deadly attacking machine by compressing the 4-2-3-1 into a 4-2-4 with four sharp-shooters upfront. You have to learn properly from the giants before you become great. MILO will facilitate Appiah's greatness.
Remember, during the Second World War, the British had to be taught jungle warfare by Ghanaian Major Anthony. Field Marshall Slim of Britain and Benard Montgomery were credited with the victory

What 'personal confidence'? When you see Appiah, do you see confidence? We qualified for the WC not because Appiah is this great coach! It is just because he was able to put the correct players on the field that in 'autopilot mode' could make things happen in our favor. Let's not flatter ourselves. We all know this but we fail to admit it because 'he is one of us'.
Appiah is just getting wiser! He sees that for the WC, his team needs more than 'the luck of putting correct players on the field' to help change the outcome of a game.
This is a great move! The question is whether Kwesi Appiah will learn from this and develop as a 'great soccer mind'. Only time will tell. But hasn't he had enough time already? Remember, he had been an Assistant Coach for several 'centuries'.

Actually GFA owes us explanation as to why after seemingly increasing investment and spending has not resulted in any improvement in results since our last world cup. Mr. Akwasi Appiah, you are overthinking what you have to do. I can sense that all these tactics, scouting, fear of failure, etc overwhelm your current coaching abilities. It seems you are loosing your sanity and the way to stay sane is to keep things simple. Pick your players and get them to play football. A lot of the players are jittery, Addy for example, because they are not sure of themselves just like you. The main problem the team has is that the players can not pass the ball among themselves so stress on that because that is football and the fact that they are professionals and talented they know how to pass the ball. When they can pass the ball with ease they will have fun and then add the tactics. Well, you have been experimenting for far too long. A lot of good coaches could have beaten Montenegro with the starting 11 you put on the field in spite going down by a goal early in the game. Your team has been playing bad soccer for far too long and will eventually catch up with you if you don't stress ball control and then tactics.

Haven't we got enough technical brains in Ghana to support Akwasi Appiah? I'm dissappointed with this move Nyantakyi as I don't think Ghana would ever move forward if that's what your blue print about the African success story is.
Who is Rajevac? Didn't we lose the African cup final to Egypt because he failed to use his technical brain to see that Opoku Agyemang and Andre Ayew were very exhausted and that Ghana needed two fresh of pair legs in the last 15 minutes of the game?

I hope the coach is not affected by what the jokers(reputation mongers) are busy saying about his choice of adviser.
Football is played on the field and all of a coaches efforts must be geared toward the result obtained on the field and not his reputation which can only come if he can produce results on the field.

I'm still confused about the whole Milo saga. If that was so, then coach MRAA have to step down immediately and let Konadu and Sellas Tetteh lead us. I do respect the Nigerian coach very much simply because he is calm and very brave man indeed. Bringing Milo back to our current soccer infrastructure could be a dangerous move for the nation and the team.
Is coach MRAA still prefer to be MIlo's assistant again, he should let the whole nation know of it now?

One sunny day a Ghanaian rabbit came out of her hole in the ground to enjoy the fine weather. The day was so nice that she became careless and a German fox snuck up behind her and caught her.
"I am going to eat you for lunch!", said the German fox.
"Wait!", replied the Ghana rabbit, "You should at least wait a few days."
"Oh yeah? Why should I wait?"
"Well, I am just finishing my thesis on The Superiority of Rabbits over Foxes and Wolves."
"Are you crazy? I should eat you right now! Everybody knows that a German fox will always win over a Ghana rabbit."
"Not really, not according to my research. If you like, you can come into my hole and read it for yourself. If you are not convinced, you can go ahead and have me for lunch."
"You really are crazy!" But since the German fox was curious and had nothing to lose, it went with the German rabbit. The German fox never came out.
A few days later the Ghana rabbit was again taking a break from writing and sure enough, an American wolf came out of the bushes and was ready to set upon her.
"Wait!" yelled the Ghana rabbit, "you can't eat me right now."
"And why might that be, my furry appetizer?"
"I am almost finished writing my thesis on The Superiority of Ghana Rabbits over German Foxes and American Wolves."
The American wolf laughed so hard that it almost lost its grip on the Ghana rabbit.
"Maybe I shouldn't eat you. You really are sick...in the head. You might have something contagious."
"Come and read it for yourself. You can eat me afterward if you disagree with my conclusions."
So the American wolf went down into the Ghana rabbit's hole...and never came out.
The Ghana rabbit finished her thesis and was out celebrating in the local lettuce patch. Another Nigerian rabbit came along and asked, "What's up? You seem very happy."
"Yup, I just finished my thesis."
"Congratulations. What's it about?"
"The Superiority of Ghana Rabbits over German Foxes and American Wolves."
"Are you sure? That doesn't sound right."
"Oh yes. Come and read it for yourself."
So together they went down into the rabbit's hole. As they entered, the friend saw the typical graduate student abode, albeit a rather messy one after writing a thesis.
The computer with the controversial work was in one corner. To the right there was a pile of German fox bones, to the left a pile of American wolf bones. And in the middle was a large, well-fed Serbian lion.
The moral of the story:
The title of your thesis doesn't matter.
The subject doesn't matter.
The research doesn't matter.
All that matters is who your advisor is.

Oh poor AA. What a shame!
I would expect AA to consult a seasoned coach like Jose Mourinho, or at least a Coach of some world repute, then we can justify that, but to immediately call back Milo is an insult to injury.
I do remember saying it loudly here that Ghana has a lot of talented players, so all one needs, is to get a tactician to put them together and build a winsome side and AA is not one of them, he is just plain LUCKY..
Ok like my young friend Rasheed, I am inviting the critics to kill me now...lol. Bring it on!
